- Preparing lease contracts and handling the company’s lessor obligations
- Supervision over enforcement of house rules and house rental laws
- Planning and supervising apartment purchases
- General services and assistance to the tenants of Félagsbústaðir hf.
- Mediator with Félagsþjónustan and others parties about tenant issues
- Relations with real estate associates and co-owner in regard to house rules infringements
- Registration and announcement of tenant modifications
